Reflexology aims to rebalance you as a whole, help the body to maintain a delicate balance between the bodies Nine systems;  Skeletal, Vascular, Neurological, Respiratory, Muscular, Endocrine, Reproductive, Digestive and Genitalia.  These systems work in harmony to keep us in a good state of health.  The aim of treating reflex points is to enhance the energy flow, which in turn allows or encourages the body to heal itself and the systems to work in unison.

Reiki is a healing treatment based on working with the channelling of energy, imageknown as  Chi”. Reiki promotes the bodies natural ability to heal itself.  It is a very relaxing experience. This treatment is non invasive and you do not need to remove clothing, you can be seated or lying down in a  relaxed position.
