GENERAL INFORMATION

Cancellation policy

  • please give prior notice if you need to cancel or change appointments. At least 24 hrs notice must be given to cancel an appointment.  Regrettably non-attendance without required notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your treatment.

Payments

  • can be made by  cash only

Your Heath

  • it is important that you inform us of any medical conditions or medication that you are taking. 
  • Viruses and/or infections.   Any virus or infection must be notified before any treatment or there is a possibility that you will not be treated on the day.  Coronavirus- if you have been in an affected area within 21 days you must notify if you have an up and coming appointment. This is for the health of myself, you and other clients. Thank you

Treatment Information

  • All treatment times are approximate and include preparation time.
  • Unfortunately late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time as we still have to accommodate other appointments.
