GENERAL INFORMATION

Cancellation policy

  • please give prior notice if you need to cancel or change appointments. At least 24 hrs notice must be given to cancel an appointment.  Regrettably non-attendance without required notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your treatment.

Gift vouchers

  •  are available for all treatments and can be purchased by email or telephone and we will post them out to your chosen address.  Or simply pick them up from me on a visit.

Deposits

  • are required where bookings over two hours are requested

Payments

  • can be made by cheque, cash or gift vouchers.

Your Heath

  • it is important that you inform us of any medical conditions or medication that you are taking.

Treatment Information

  • You can combine treatments
  • All treatment times are approximate and include preparation time.
  • Unfortunately late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time as we still have to accommodate other appointments.
